How We Can Help
The VRM team has global experience in the world’s most productive geological terranes and exploration environments. We draw upon this experience to understand your project and use this knowledge to consider similarities and differences and to understand risk and value.
We partner with Corporate Finance teams to deliver what is required to support your business. Whether this be with a small, medium or large organisations we understand the regulations around reporting of technical information and deliver our reports to facilitate your transaction. Our relationships and networks include business advisory, accounting, audit and taxation specialists who work in the natural resources sector. Our niche is mineral asset valuation reports for inclusion in Independent Expert Reports. As well as this, whether it be listing a new company, supporting your project funding, or undertaking merger and acquisition activity we provide the technical input to support your decisions and integrate this into other disciplines. We offer independent technical advice for resource assurance and audit, impairment testing and to validate the specialist input assumptions within financial models.
We have previously worked with mid-tier accounting firms, audit groups and corporate advisory groups.
- We provide Independent Technical Assessments for Initial Public Offerings / Listing documents, Valuation Reports (under the guidelines of the VALMIN Code and the JORC Code) to support corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, bidder’s or target’s statements and listings.
- We offer financial modelling and analysis to better understand your project or bring an independent view. Our independent review of your portfolio supports the Board in their decision making or protects the value of your mineral assets.

We understand that particularly during a corporate transaction timing is critical. We will work to your timeframes, work with your corporate advisors or legal representatives and understand the Australian regulatory requirements.
