VRM was established in 2019 offering specialised consulting services in mineral asset valuation.

Drawing on extensive, global exploration, mining, financial and governance expertise we provide technical, commodity specific expertise to assist clients in response to project requirements. We facilitate the cross over between technical and commercial, legal, accounting, corporate and strategic.

Our team offers objective, independent advice and are recognised practitioners and specialists under the VALMIN Code and competent persons under the JORC Code for most mining commodities. We work with our network of associates when we need to supplement our specialist skills.

We have published numerous independent reports to support listings and corporate transactions on stock exchanges globally, including the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Deborah has more than 35 years consulting and industry experience having previously worked with major mining companies and international consultancy firms across several continents and a range of geological terranes and commodities. She has an established professional network with the resources sector globally, as well as with corporate, financial and legal advisors and the regulators who work together to deliver reports to advance your projects. Deborah is also an experienced company director with junior listed mining companies, university applied research and government industry advisory groups.

Lynda Burnett

Associate

Lynda has over 35 years of global experience as a geologist spanning mine geology, mineral exploration, mining, business development and management across a range of commodities. Lynda has specific experience and interest in risk and strategy as it applies to the mining industry. Lynda is also an experienced company director with 20 years of board experience in conjunction with full time executive roles with junior listed mining companies, university applied research and large multinational mining companies.

Lynda is a Member of the AusIMM and SEG and a Graduate Member of the AICD

Libbi Kern

Associate

Libbi has more than 25 years industry experience, having previously worked with major mining companies, large mining and engineering contractors and specialised technical service providers. Libbi has established a professional network from working as a geologist in underground mining, brownfields exploration, business improvement, innovation, business development and senior leadership roles.
